History

Cville Rentals was founded in early 2004 to advertise properties for a single agency.  It was soon expanded to its current, sponsored model where individual landlords and agencies may list their properties prominently or as a typical classified style listing on our rental-homes page.

Site Traffic and Demographics

CvilleRentals.com averages 100 unique visitors per day who typically look at 2 to 4 pages over several minutes. Traffic is about 45% from Virginia, 45% from other US states and the rest international (mostly US military abroad). All traffic is targeted and organically driven through search engines, with about 85% coming from Google.
